Our service is here to provide you with guidance & support.
All results are based on your motivation & efforts :)
There is No guaranty that you will stop smoking forever ~ This program is to help you STOP smoking & hopefully reduce the cravings to want to ever smoke again... 


You Must Commit!!!

The Quit smoking Program runs for two (2) weeks & You must be fully committed to attending  4 sessions per week over the two weeks.

Our friendly Staff & Salt Therapist will guide & support you during your quit Smoking Program.

A follow up program will then also be available for you, if required.

Some simple steps to follow.

  • Have a support person. They must be available for you to contact 24 hours a day for 2 weeks & beyond.
  • Book Eight Sessions to the Salt Cave & Commit.
  • Use a Salt Pipe Daily.
  • Place Salt Lamps in your Home.
  • Call the friendly staff & Salt Therapists if guidance & advice is required.
  • Stock your fridge with Fruit & Vegies.
  • Consult with a Nutritionist.
  • Drink lots of Water.
  • Exercise.
  • Stay away from SMOKE ZONES.
  • Get support.
  • Ask your local Doctor for Brochures and help information.
  • Seek Natural Therapy such as Halotherapy, Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy, Kinesioloy, Acupuncture, Yoga, Reflexology & plus so many more options available.
  • Join a Support Group ~ there are so many support organizations available.
  • Also Yellow pages gives you a list of Natural Therapists & Doctors to Contact.
  • Start with Google on the internet the support is endless.
